Looking Forward

I wish I could fast forward through this busy week and get to the holiday weekend.  We have no special plans, just spending time together and being thankful the busy school year is finally over!

Then, I realize these are the moments that I will miss in a few years when the kids do not need me as much, and I'm trying to be grateful for the chaos.  Hope you have a wonderful day...

Magical Places

I just finalized our summer vacation plans...alas its still several weeks away!  I just want a little quite time in a beautiful setting to read, sleep, and spend time with my family.

My home is similar in style to this...I have been contemplating planting ivy to grow up the front, but my husband says its bad for the stone...not sure if that's true or just an excuse!  SIGH!
