I Can Smell the Saltwater....

Good Monday morning everyone....I just finalized our plans for spring break and summer vacation and my mind is somewhere far, far away from here. I got lost for hours browsing all the summer rentals... It was a difficult choice, but I settled on a charming little "surfer's cottage" mere steps from the beach. I always take off work and spend the entire month of July at the beach with my daughters and my husband comes down on the weekends or whenever he can get away. I love the grainy sand on their tan little shoulders and the many early morning walks on the beach while they are still sleeping...

This chandelier is just to die for, and so fitting for the way I'm feeling...live well!

Happy Thursday everyone...With the weather here in the south creeping steadily toward 70 degrees today, my mind wanders to warmer times, dinner al fresco and catching fireflies with my children. Even though I know we will once again don our down coats, hunter boots and scarves...I will savor every moment today....live well!
