Feeling Festive

 

 

 

Sorry again for such a long absence.  My darling, sweet mother has been in the hospital for the last few days.  I've spent hour after hour in her room, looking at magazines, eating in the cafeteria and dreaming of a warm bath.  The doctors and nurses were extraordinary and I'm so thankful for the care that she received. 

 

Now, after multiple days in sweatshirts, yoga pants and tennis shoes, I am dreaming of a little festive glitter in my wardrobe.

Wish List

As summer slips into fall and fall into winter, each morning I am reminded that I desperately need to refresh my wardrobe for the upcoming season.

 

I usually try and carefully pack away all my sweaters and jackets each spring, and I love changing out my closets each season.  I love finding that favorite piece from last year that you forgot about.

 

This post however is not about that....this post is about my wish list...enjoy!

Gearing up

I simply cannot believe that the holidays are upon us...

I just finished our Thanksgiving menu, and I noticed that several of our neighbors have already begun to decorate for Christmas and while doing a little shopping this weekend, I couldn't help but notice that EVERYTHING had a bit of shine and sparkle...
